Today, the 5th LiuGong Global Customer Day was held at the company’s headquarters in Liuzhou. Nearly a thousand customers from around the world gathered to witness another milestone in LiuGong’s transformation toward electrification and intelligence. This year’s customer day featured diverse activities including electric and intelligent equipment experiences, scenario-based solution & T series electric wheel loader launch, and factories tours and exchanges. The event offered global customers a comprehensive view of LiuGong’s evolving innovation capabilities and exceptional service strength.
Centered on five major industry scenarios, LiuGong showcased over 100 equipment models covering mining, metal smelting, port logistics, hoisting, and road construction. Among them, 45 electric and intelligent machines highlighted LiuGong’s deep expertise and leading position in the fields of new energy and intelligent technology. LiuGong’s electric solutions span multiple energy types–pure electric, trolley, battery swap, onboard charging, and hybrid–fully meeting safety standards in China, Europe, and the U.S., and addressing a wide range of global jobsite requirements. In terms of intelligent solutions, LiuGong presented several innovations, including an unmanned operation solution (with 3 autonomous rollers), a 5G remote-controlled wheel loader, a handheld remote loader, and a skid steer loader, showcasing the company’s strong capability to push forward intelligent upgrades in construction industry.
The highlight of the event was the global debut of LiuGong’s all-new T-Series electric wheel loaders. Representing the third generation of electric loaders, the T-Series is tailored for the global market and leads the industry in performance, efficiency, adaptability, and product portfolio integrity. Its launch marks another breakthrough for LiuGong in the electric loader segment, offering global customers more mature, efficient, and sustainable new energy solutions.
During the event, customer representatives toured LiuGong’s headquarters, intelligent manufacturing facilities, experiencing firsthand LiuGong’s strengths in manufacturing processes, quality control, and smart production. Customers from various countries and regions praised LiuGong for delivering not only highly competitive products but also a strong sense of responsibility and forward-thinking mindset, affirming it as a trustworthy long-term partner.
As LiuGong’s most iconic international event, the Global Customer Day has grown significantly over the years–from the inaugural May 28 event featuring electric mining solutions, to the second cloud-based gathering and global launch of the 5-ton electric loader, and now to the global debut of the T-Series electric wheel loader in the fifth edition. Each step taken with our global customers has built on mutual trust and deepened collaboration. The LiuGong Global Customer Day is not just for celebration, but a testament to mutual trust and a prologue to future cooperation. Looking ahead, LiuGong will remain committed to customer orientation and value-driven innovation, and will join hands with global partners on a new journey of high-quality, green, and intelligent development.
